Beecham's Pills
This 1929 newspaper advertisement for Beecham's Pills makes me smile. My grandmother often talked of an aunt of hers who was most possessive of her only daughter. Whenever this poor girl was due to go out to a dance, back in the '20s and '30s, her mother would always have a "bilious attack". Very convenient!Not even Beecham's Pills relieved those attacks!
